Our Story
Ayappan & Partners (formerly known as Messrs. Rajan, Gurjit & Associates) was established in 2009 and is located in the heart of Sentul, Kuala Lumpur — a fast-developing business hub and commercial centre. Since its founding, the firm has grown into a trusted legal practice serving both corporate and individual clients across Malaysia.
Our experience and expertise include handling civil & criminal litigation, professional negligence, corporate & commercial litigation, insurance litigation, drug-related offences, and other criminal matters — in courts at all levels, including appellate courts.
The firm currently serves as Ad hoc Solicitor for the Naza Group of Companies and Sutra Holistik and has successfully represented the Naza Group in numerous matters, including a joint venture agreement valued at RM 15.4 million and a sale & purchase agreement for a building valued at RM 8 million.
From our offices in Sentul, we provide representation before the Sessions Court, High Court, Court of Appeal, and Federal Court — giving clients a consistent, senior advocate at every level of the judiciary.

Ayappan & Partners is a registered firm with the Malaysian Bar. All practitioners hold valid practising certificates and comply with the Legal Profession Act 1976.
The firm maintains Professional Indemnity Insurance coverage of RM 1,000,000 for 2026, ensuring clients are protected against professional liability.
We are admitted and regularly appear before Sessions Courts, Magistrates' Courts, High Courts, the Court of Appeal, and the Federal Court of Malaysia.
